Lesa Holford

Lesa is responsible for Dining Services' overall menu planning, collaboration and research with our suppliers, and local food purchasing. Her culinary expertise is constantly coupled with creativity and analysis to meet our student populations' ever-changing dietary needs/requests. She received her culinary education from The Culinary Institute of America, as well as additional professional programs including Certified ProChef, HACCP Certification, and multiple CIA Continuing Education Classes.
