Your medical insurance will be billed for the flu vaccine. The vaccine is 100% covered by the OSU Student Health Insurance plan, and most third-party insurances will cover a yearly flu shot.

Join us at our Halloween-themed flu vaccine clinic! Come dressed in your favorite costume and go trick-or-treating while you receive your influenza vaccine. 

Flu vaccines are given at this clinic by appointment only.

Appointments can be scheduled:

• Online via MyBuckMD (Select this date and Vaccine Clinic - Flu for the appointment reason)
• By phone with Advice/Appointments - (614) 292-4321

On the day of your appointment, you will self-check-in on the ground floor, then visit the Pharmacy for the vaccine. 

Please bring your BuckID and insurance information to the appointment.

**The medical provider will need to access the upper/shoulder part of your arm in order to give the vaccine. Please dress accordingly, as there are no changing rooms at the clinic.**
