Café Carmen is our multi-station dining operation in Skou Hall featuring:

- Made to order personal pan pizzas
- Chicken fingers (Students Favorite)
- Fresh made deli sandwiches & wraps
- Salads, fruit cups and dessert options
- Variety of snack foods and grab & go items
Hours of Operation:
Café Carmen: Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
(Breakfast served 7:30-10:30; Lunch 10:30-3:30)
*Hours of operation vary at the beginning and ending of semesters as well as on Holidays. These will be changes posted at the operation.
