Donation Requests

We are only able to consider requests from registered student organizations or departments whose proposed activities are utilized to support our Student Life vision of creating the extraordinary student experience.  If you meet this qualification and are requesting a donation, you must complete and return the form to the right at least 30 days prior to your event.
