  • Title: Assistant Director, University Catering

As Director of Catering, Lori oversees University Catering, which includes events at the Ohio Union and off-premise catering across campus and beyond. She collaborates closely with Operations Managers, the Culinary Team, students, and clients to ensure successful events. A Kent State alumna with a BBA, Lori brings over 40 years of experience in sales, event planning, catering, and management.
