Kathie oversees Campus Grinds, cafes, Ohio Union and University Catering Operations. Well versed in all things "new", from restaurant rollout to menu development to market entry to new employee training, she is able to proficiently problem-solve, assess and make things happen in rapidly changing environments. With a BS in Restaurant Management from OSU, Kathie garnered over 25 years experience in multi-unit full service dining before coming full circle and joining the team here in 2010.
