Gabe oversees the execution and management of all off-premise catering, serving over 40 locations across campus and Central Ohio. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Master’s in Art Education, Administration, and Policy. Gabe also holds ServSafe Food and Bartending Certifications.
