Wellness Wednesdays is a personal enrichment and workshop series featuring a wellness topic to create and promote awareness and providing education around healthy living. Topics covered in these sessions align with the ten dimensions of wellness, outlined by the Student Life Wellness Center. This is a lunch and learn session. Lunch will be provided.
Imposter Syndrome can impact anyone at any stage of their personal, academic, or professional life. But what really is Imposter Syndrome, and how does it personally affect you? In this session, we will provide education about the different subtypes of Imposter Syndrome and provide resources and support that may be of assistance to whichever subtype you feel fits your life.
