Technical Tuesdays is a professional development workshop series focusing on the following core competencies: career development, communication, ethics, leadership and management, personal development, responsible conduct of research, and teaching.
This two-part workshop series will focus on the essential elements of managing projects. On Day 1 we will unpack the project management framework, which is made up of process groups and knowledge areas. On Day 2 we will examine the roles and responsibilities of a project team and some tools that will help keep the team moving in the same direction
