Nathan provides leadership and direction for Dining Services facilities, including mechanical and structural operations, design coordination of new operations and renovations, monitoring of building conditions and implementation of maintenance and custodial programs and services. He uses his proficiency in balancing the goals and priorities of each of his responsibilities to assist in driving the budget and planning process.
