Ashley is the Assistant Director of Nutrition for Dining Services.  She is responsible for providing nutritional guidance and advice to all students on campus with a focus on accommodating those with allergens, intolerances, and eating disorders. Ashley received her Bachelors of Exercise Science from Wingate University and her Master’s Degree in Dietetics from The Ohio State University.
